At last!!! At long last!!!

House Wars yaay! I have waited so long for the 2nd episode. Too long have I waited for the next episode. The ingenious script, the clever script, animation style and characters. The bubble bobble rap beat was hillarious. In all honesty dude, if you design your own music, sfx, and pretty much... everything from scratch, you have got to be one of the best animators out there. Your cartoons don't have to look top-of-the-line good in order for you to be a great flash artist, you put good work into your animations and it shows. I enjoyed the freestyle at the end of the animation btw. I'm already excited about House wars Ep 3, keep up the awesome work.

Hey Enraged Sephiroth (I love FF7 too)! Sorry about the long wait for episode 2, but I had finals to worry about and then I took a vacation in NY! But as soon as I got back I began work on the episode and the rest is his-story. Thanks for the great compliments. It definitely is more rewarding to come up with your own voice, music, and sound efx. I'll admit.. that when i first started out, i checked out FlashKit to see what all the hype was about. Well, there's nothing there that sounds really good... not for house appliances anyway. Recording my own sounds is gratifying and makes for better quality anyhow. I'm glad you're "so excited and you just can't hide it!" Till next episode, dude. =)

You people...

After watching the usual hordes of crap submitted to the portal I figured I needed something fresh and actually good. So what do I see? I see this submission. Oh you've got to be kidding me Director MX is like over 600 american bucks. Lol the J.T. figure cracked me up. The smooth transition from opening the present to putting it to use was real nice, and then to the Dan action figure, and then the disclaimer following that, it's just an onslaught of vintage videogame humor, I could go on for ever listing all of the humorous stuff in this flash. I love how you folks add extras like the creators' notes into the flash, it kicks ass and boosts the interactivity points. Finally... who the hell in their right mind would use a gameshark on an rpg game? I say it isn't as fulfilling as getting everything on your own. Anyway, you guys never fail to crack me up, see you when you submit Decline of Videogaming 3, I can't wait. What a movie to finally reach level 10 on too, whee! Until next time, adieu.

Deja vu.

Argh why must you put a nintendo character in with a song from a Squaresoft/SquareEnix employee (Motoi Sakuraba)?! And such a lovely song it is too, The Scars of Time. The style in this reminds me of Randy Solem's Rise of the Mushroom Kingdom. The action in this wasn't as good as Rise of the MK though, and the sound quality was a little... loud at some parts of the song, when the notes would hit the highest point, I could hear the mic or something crack, it sure as hell wasn't my speakers because the volume is low and they never do that. It's the little things like that, that bring your flash down in points, but, I liked this, even though the characters are over-used in flashes, I like the way you used them. It seems like you love sprites, if you get the chance, view my bro and myself's flash "Kingdom Sprites" also featured on NG and feel free to leave us a review dude.

Damn that was off the hook.

I saw this one a while back but I never got around to reviewing it until now. The way you integrated the music with the animation so flawlessly was just... flawless. Anyway bro, I had a blast watching this, thanks for putting it out there.

Funny as hell but... not flash.

Wow that shit was loud, especially at this un-godly hour of the morning (4:00am). This wasn't flash either so it doesn't even meet the criteria for being voted on fairly, and it was way too short for what it was, sorry bro. It was funny as hell but... not flash. Loved watching it.

It wasn't alright, it was all wrong >.<

Ah, Modest Mouse, such new-age music. This flash was pretty wacky I'll give you that much. The animation wasn't off-the hook but it was pretty funny for the most part. I don't necessarily like when animators put their face all over the place in a flash, it looks too self-indulgent and it drops the score. The movie sort of came to a sudden stop at the end and it kinda left me going "and then...?" so... that just didn't cut it for me. Sorry :(

Piconjo... don't be stupid.

The first thing I think whenever I see that you've submitted a flash is "c'monnn piconjo, don't get lazy on this one." Ouch, you used "Gackt - Regret" as the theme... you shal suffer for that one >.< The punctuation in the scentences wasn't exactly correct, and the animation wasn't really going much anywhere? I'll admit the drawing was crisp and clean and you did a kick ass job on zooming, but the movie was way too over-emo'd, the only humor was when you said "Did joo know that Piconjo <3's joo" oh... you displaid. You did make a huge mistake at the end of the flash though, you better pray to God those numbers aren't real.

Promising title.

I liked your custom-made pre-loader although it was a little confusing in regards to how far the bar will stretch out. You might have intended for the users to not miss the text, that could be one reason for why you made the text box a button, but I really hate having to click again and again in order to make the movie progress. The battle style was cliche more than anything, it had a bit of originality but it wasn't really even reminiscient of the characters' original moves from Chrono Trigger. Furthermore, What in the world was the blade used in the end by Glen/Frog/Captain Ginyu (from DBZ, the Chrono Trigger characters WERE designed by Akira Toriyama you know, so... notice the resemblance)? The flash seemed to end suddenly and it lacked a lot of content, this fight could have been done a bit better. It's not all that bad for your first flash but, keep at it, you should improve with more experience. If you have the time Shadow 4102, check out me n' my bro's first flash called "Kingdom Sprites" also featured here on Newgrounds, it could use some more votes and reviews so I'm looking foward to perhaps seeing a review from you in it.

Shadow-4102 responds:

The sword was handmade by no company, Just my big brother and his friend.

Not too shabby.

Hehe, the opening song is actually quite funny. The way you drew your character looks pretty nice and original thus far, that's a good way to develop your own sense of style and originality rather than draw some cliche character that looks like something generic out of a generic flash. I'd say this was pretty short, but pretty sweet for a first flash. Don't be upset if it gets blammed, you'll get better with practice. As far as I'm concerned, I liked it.

Ardiztigo responds:

thanks =) Actually, i´m suprised that i got even this good ratings! =´)

Once you've seen the original, you can't go back.

Damn, this is like a bad bootleg of the original cartoon. It's similar to the original in some ways, but it's too-detatched in others. The voice-acting could have been done a lot better, at least the impressions I make sound more-accurate :/ your characters sound middle-eastern at one point, at another point Butthead sounds and looks like a stoned Popeye. The animation was decent in some parts, and not-so-decent in others, like when Beavis took the chainsaw to the tree.

RogerregoRRoger responds:

Oky ^^;;
Stoned popeye is cool ^^;;
I wouldn't dare to say i think i can draw beavis and butthead..They're to damn ugly ^^;;

Till Kingdom Sprites come.
